Broeckel, an inmate at the minimum security facility at Palmer Correctional Center (PCC), sued the Alaska Department of Corrections, its commissioner, and the superintendent of PCC for breach of contract. The superior court denied motions to add Broeckel's wife as a plaintiff and dismissed Broeckel's claims for failure to exhaust administrative remedies. We affirm the superior court's decision.
